Founder / President

Rhema Biblical International Inc., a Fundamental conservative, was founded by Rev. Dr. Titus Maung Hlah on September 20, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia. The ministry began as an outreach mission for anyone who desires to learn the truth of the Bible and grow in their spiritual walk.

On August 11, 2021, Rev. Dr. Titus Maung Hlah and his family moved to Indianapolis, where the ministry continued to grow and became formally connected with an incorporation company. The organization received official government approval. During this time, the Board of Trustees and Staff were also established to support the ministry’s mission.

In 2023, Rhema Biblical International Inc. was organized and began operating exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This designation affirms our commitment to serving communities through biblical teaching, leadership development, and spiritual empowerment.

By the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, on April 11, 2024, Rhema Biblical International Inc. was officially recognized by the U.S. Government as a 501(c)(3) organization. Our goal is to strengthen ministries and Christian leaders through consulting, education, networking, training, and spiritual resources.

We established RBIS for individuals who are dedicated to expanding God’s Kingdom—pastors, deacons, teachers, evangelists, and all believers who desire to study the Bible without discrimination. Our mission is to equip, empower, and support those who are called to serve God and their communities.
